Every other value I've noted for non-defenders above applies to defenders once you take aggression into account. For Goalkeepers, natural fitness is not free. Stamina, pace, finishing and a bun ch of others are free for keepers. Whatever doesn't pertain to a GK's overall ability will be free. Is it possible to change a player's attribute values without them falling after a number of weeks in the game?
It is not easy to describe succinctly even if it's quite a simple thing to do in the first place. I also save their default profiles before I begin editing them. I'll return to it tomorrow as I've already seen people mention that their player's attributes have dropped after a week or so.
It doesn't need to happen and you ca n adjust a player's attributes in a very controlled manner. I've been doing it since the second FM. It's probably been changed since FM but here is a guide that will help you edit players.
It shows how attributes are weighed for different positions. Most of it is common sense, i. Perhaps it's best to upload a basic text document with the same as I don't want to have to format the info below! The way I edit players using FMRTE is to save their original profile, increase t heir PA value and note the corresponding change in Potential Rating in FMRTE at the bottom rhs of the screen and then edi t the player's attributes ensuring that the player's Current Rating does not exceed the potential rating you noted prior to editing.

FM One has PA , the other has PA Does this mean that in order to increase the attribute of both players by a single point, Player 1 has to increase his CA by only 7. Very interesting I actually did understand what you meant then.
Now if I have to make a "guide", I'll need to do a bit of experimentation. That'll be a lot easier to do once Genie Scout comes out, though. Thanks for your help, mate!
Zonnegod 10 years. I think the training schedule combined with the coach training levels determines which attributes will be increased, with the higher training levels given a higher probability of increasing Sounds quite obvious.

I also do alot of editing and would like to ask a question to those who know more about the editor than me. When editing players CA and PA i go by the assumption that; equals a legend equals a world class player equals a good player equals a decent player equals a average player I know this is probably off so could someone tell me how off i am?
I think this is a very interesting thing to know to edit players atributes correctly. I have a lot of doubts about this and, i would like yo know how is the relation between CA and the different skills. I'm going to explain my doubts with an example: If you increase 3 points of finishing and "out of ball" to a striker, how many points of his CA you should increase?
I don't have extensive experience, but it might have to do with the player's CA, which is current ability That's what I figured when I used it. Increased potential from to and increase left foot from 1 to I have been told the changing of "prefered foot" can make stats drop dramatically.
Im only using it as an experiment. But i'd really like to know problems people have had. I7IDanny Member. Mar 1, 4, 0 Jden86 said:. There you go, learn something new everyday. You must log in or register to reply here.
